Application Form

We have re-designed and improved the application form, so that the same form can be used for both the Community involvement programme and the new programme, Poverty and disadvantage.  This form is now available to download from this site.


If you have already downloaded a copy of the old-style Community involvement form, you should only use it if you intend to submit your application before 20th November.  However, please remember that there is no deadline for the Community involvementprogramme and applicants should take the time they need to prepare their application properly.
